Under Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, this notice explains in what capacity and for what purpose we process your personal data.
Identity of the controller
The data controller under the Law is CERNSOFT.

Data processed and how it is collected
Your personal data is collected electronically, solely because you chose to fill in a form on this site. There is no automated tracking, no profiling and no acquisition of data from third parties.
- Identity data: first and last name.
- Contact data: email address.
- Transaction data: the content of your message, the topic you selected, and the area named in the careers form.
Purposes
Your data is processed to answer your enquiry, to evaluate collaboration, partnership, investment and press requests, to send product announcements where you asked for them, and to review career applications.
Legal ground
Processing rests on your explicit consent under Article 5(1) of the Law. Submitting the form gives that consent, and you may withdraw it at any time.
Transfers abroad
Our forms infrastructure is provided by Formspree Inc., established in the United States. Your form content is therefore transferred abroad within the meaning of Article 9 of the Law, and submitting the form constitutes your explicit consent to it. If you would rather avoid the transfer, write to us directly at info@cernsoft.com.
Your rights under Article 11
As a data subject you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed.
- Request information if it has been processed.
- Learn the purpose and whether the data is used accordingly.
- Know the third parties, at home or abroad, to whom it is transferred.
- Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate.
- Request erasure or destruction under the conditions in the Law.
- Require that correction, erasure and destruction be notified to third parties the data was transferred to.
- Object to a result reached against you solely through automated analysis.
- Claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.

Send requests concerning your rights to info@cernsoft.com together with information verifying your identity. Your request is resolved free of charge as soon as possible, and in any event within thirty days.
